So I noticed that the Camping and Caravanning Club are the arbiters of camping sites and you can apply through them to set one up. I didn’t really understand how they can be both arbiters of who can set up a site and beneficiaries of those sites, so I sent off for their booklet on the subject.
Now I’m none the wiser.
